Truly magnetic, so has some grounding and healing property to it. If you believe in grounding and the 7 chakra. I say it cant hurt. Plus its a good looking ring. Need to be carful wife dropped heir's and it broke. I've dropped mine no problems. This is my favorite everyday wedding band to were. Had previously worn silicone rings for everyday. Much prefer this one. If mine ever broke I'd buy another. Sizing was what I excepted.

Ring is not durable at all. It broke the first day and shattered into pieces under pressure. It is very vulnerable to any type of impact.

Pros: helps with arthritic fingers and stiffness Cons: have to buy larger size and metal is fragile. My husband likes the rings but when he drops them they break. We continue to buy them because they work well for his arthritic fingers
