Down to Earth Sociology: 14th Edition: Introductory Readings, Fourteenth Edition

If you are taking this for a college course, be careful that you are looking for Down To Earth Sociology: 14th Edition by Henlsin, and NOT Sociology: A Down To Earth Approach 14th Edition by Henslin. I am not rating this book off of the content, but the fact that the same author has two separate books with almost identical names (and 14 editions of both!) This was a total and complete waste of money, but a great scam for the author. Now I have to buy both of his books so I can pass my class. Suck it Henlsin. You're a hack.

Haven't really read the book since it was for school. Just from skimming through a few chapters, it seems interesting, but I'm not really invested in reading it. Some important points from the book talked about how we adapt to our roles and are socially constructed from child birth to now. Examples girls behave a certain way and boy behave a certain way. Sociology books in general are interesting to read.

Had to buy this for a course but read the whole thing on my own. I LOVED it (I'm a sociology minor so I'm into this sort of thing). Quality is normal for a book? Good reads. Tons of different stories not just one big blob of information which I am a big fan of. Great discussion topics within

This was required reading for my sociology class. I loved this book. I will hold onto it for reference later. So many interesting articles. Learned so much.

I had to get this book for a college class that I’m going to take but the book is in good condition. It was pretty fast shipping as well. It had a minor tear on the cover but it’s okay
