Dell i5568-0463GRY 15.6" FHD 2-in-1 Laptop (Intel Core i3-6100U 2.3GHz Processor, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Windows 10) Gray

I purchased this as a refurbished item from a third party seller through Amazon for $389. Came in Dell Packaging and was in perfect if not new condition. Performs beautifully. Excellent screen! Quite fast despite the only 4 gig of ram. Will be upgrading that soon. Love the flexibility! This is my iPad Air replacement. I am fully satisfied, especially at the low cost I got it for.

I was having some technical issues within two months of first startup. During the troubleshooting process, I checked the service tag on Dell's website and found that the computer was at least 3 years old. The manufacturer's warranty had expired in October 2017, which means that this particular computer had already been purchased by someone in or around October 2016. I purchased it in December 2019 as a new product, but seeing as the warranty ran out over two years ago, it is likely refurbished.All in all, the laptop works well, and I was able to solve the issues on my own. However, this was clearly deceptive labeling on Amazon's part.

Pro:1. Good built quality2. Acceptable keyboard and touchCons:1. Low quality display with lots of bleeding2. Terrible speakers, particularly at loud volume3. Very slow HDD (should be replaced by an SSD)These were the only remarkable items to me. Hope they are helpful.

i really wanted to like this dell 2 in 1 i had a dell flip before and i loved it but after 10 years it gave up the ghost the delivery was fast i paid extra to get it in 1 day the size is nice 15.6 good size hard decent when i got it was fast to set up but once it got to windows that was all that was nice about it my old dell flip had the same 4 g of memory and the same 500 gig a bit hard drive and was super fast this one is not every thing about it depress me it is so slow on opening programs and web pages and just to let u know google chrome does not play nice with this laptop and i bought it refurbished but i have bought refurbished before from amazon when i went to dells site i found out the warranty is up in 4 month's and i just got it yesterday on July 12th and even if it is refurbished the warrant should be longer or the seller should let people know there is only 4 months left u know out of curtsy i would never do that to some one tell them and so they can decide if they want to get an extended warranty or not hell it cost me 359.98 for a laptop that i don't know if it works as good as the seller claims .also the cooling vent is on the bottom of laptop who in there right mind puts the vent on the bottom dell i guess and also the power cord is so lose in plug on the side i dought if it will last very long before i have to get another or have to send it in to dell the keys on the key board feel real cheep and mushy and with the vent on the bottom it will probably over heat so this is going back on Monday i paid to much for all of this problems if i could give it no stars i would update right after i contacted amzon about return and full refund to let u know customer service was great but when i got every thing sorted out i went to dell laptop and went on line put it in tablet mode and the touch screen stop working thought maybe if i restarted it it would start working again but it didn't and then the touch pad stop working the right click and left click don't work at all so disappointed this is the second laptop i have had to send back to amazon i will give them one more try and look for another but this is the last time and i don't think it has any thing to do with amazon them self's it is the people or company's selling the items that are dishonesty and don't tell people the truth about the laptop's there selling wish there was some way for amazon to screen out the bad company's

The system is good, but it takes a long time to boot up to fully functional because of all the tasks that have precedence. I enjoy the computer for what it is.

Very happy with this product. Nice look, sufficiently fast (may upgrade to 6GB Ram), and love the 2-in-1 design. Obviously better computers out there, but for the price point this is definitely a good product. I recommend.

Working wonderfully so far great for a beginner laptop user ,wonderful. Good for surfing web and watching videos .
