DISCLAIMER... Except on private land, with the land owner's permission, there is no where this product can be used legally. If you use it in public you risk being stopped by the police, fined, getting points on your licence and having the scooter impounded. OK, you know where you stand, legally. This thing is more fun than anything has a right to be, just spend a little time on slow speed, getting used to the handling first. I'm 6ft and 95kg. This thing zips me along, on the level, at 15mph. It won't go faster downhill, because it's limited, but it does struggle with inclines, a bit like me lol. Ride is more than a little harsh over uneven surfaces. You'll notice jolts from uneven pavements and run the risk of losing fillings on cobbles. This has rear suspension, bent knees are more effective though. There are plenty of other down-sides. It's not waterproof, anything more than a light shower could be a problem. I've no idea how easy or difficult it is to change brakes but they are very effective from new and the fittings look to be well manufactured, using Allen key fittings. Welds look surprising professional. Securing this is another issue. The wheel spaces are too narrow to get anything robust through and securing it anywhere else might be best achieved with a close fitting U-lock around the frame, coupled with a chain to secure it, via the U-lock, to an immovable object. Ultimately, at under £250 (Amazon offer), this is a lot of fun as long as you accept the risks. It seems well made and robust (in the dry) to last. UPDATE After a year of use, this has coped very well. Well made, it only shows signs of day-to-day wear and tear. Tyres are hardly worn and brakes are as effective as the day it was delivered. I've ridden this in most weather conditions and the lack of waterproof rating hasn't been a problem. Best advice I can give us to wear a fade mask when riding, to filter out a bit of traffic pollution and so the police can't readily identify you unless they actually catch you riding. Probably the best spur-of-the-moment purchase I've made on Amazon.

Bought this for my son but I've just used it and I'm 17stone it's solid and well built. I done a 3mile round trip along the sea front where I live and it only used 7% battery. Even with my weight on full power it hoisted me along at 16mph which trust me is plenty fast enough. The app is cool and allows full set up control. Speed and range is ideal I'd say at least 15 plus mile range with an adult on it but full range yet to be tested. Rear suspension is firm but affective tyres are solid and puncture proof can be a harsh ride on the wrong surface but a smooth tarmac or level pave and its smooth as silk. Really happy so far. Can't vouch for reliability but impression so far is there will be no issues. Delivery and reliability from.seller was also spot on.

I got 2 of these scooters for my twins for Christmas. Due to them being big I never actually opened the boxes until Christmas eve to assemble. On opening them one was missing a UK plug and the screws and tools to attach the handle bars which sent me into a panic. I contacted the company who got back to me on Christmas day and rectified the situation by sending the parts out urgently, I had the parts by 28th ! Their customer service is second to none. Mistakes are made especially at such a busy time of year but I honestly could not be any more please with how my issues was dealt with! The scooters are fantastic also, my twins absolutely love them, they fully charge within around 4 hours and last for ages, the boys said they are easy to use and comfortable to ride. Fabulous product and team - highly recommended !

Good scooter, slight problem at beginning but which was swiftly sorted by company I am now happy. Only drove a few time but very satisfied with performance, very sturdy and price wise the best I could find. Though I wish scooters in that calibre would come down in price all together since the duration of scooters are not that long I heard 2-4 years depending on use. Still no regrets, happy. But now only used for driving to work ( had a different scooter before broke down after 2 years driving it a lot, could fix it and lasted for another 6 month then the battery went and to expensive to buy hence the new purchase )
