I admit I was skeptical when a friend told me about this! But I'm at an age when things are going south and there's only so much cosmetic help one should have.LOL. Make sure you watch the video of how to do the movements. I can't remember if i saw it on here or youtube but look it up. Upwards cirbular movements jowls and neck. to help me remember I set an alarm at 9pm when the kids are bed for my 8 min daily ritual of using them in the way they show. It really and truly makes a difference. Obviously my chin and neck has not dissappeared but it looks a littel tighter (obligatory iphone close ups done regulaly! lol) I guess when you stop to think aobut it, if we can change aspects of our body by whatever exccersise, firming tightening areas like hips, tummy, legs etc, why should we be so skeptical that the same applies to neck and parts of face?! I had never thought of it like that before (just heard of face yoga!!!!) but actually makes sense. Thta's why i'm seeing a difference. BUT be consistent and be disciplined with doing it!!!

This is a long term tool so expect results over months and years but already find it cooling on the skin. Have also been told that jade can help reduce headaches - which these have already helped with. Really pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend as I know I will get the desired results given time.
