I can not say enough good about this holster.fits my pt809 like a glove.comfortable and discrete.made of thick material for long life but not too heavy.posative lock holds the pistol firmly in place until you want to draw it. Fast and easy deployment.comfortable and good looking. A great value for the money.you could do a lot worse !!!

This is my second one. I have one for my PT845 and that one fits great. This was for my PT840 and the fit and function is perfect. In a world where the Taurus models are over looked, these holsters really shine and perform. I could have tried and guessed which holster from the popular brands might have fit, but why? These are spot on with no regrets, just goes to show you can get great quality without having to go with the popular, high dollar items. Worth every penny and more. The barrell is just about flush, maybe an 1/8th of an inch sticks out. When i get my compact model I know where im going.

Very satisfied. I carry a Taurus .40 and it fits like a glove.There are two things I don't like. One is that the paddle is very tight. It's difficult to slip it over a belt, and practically impossible to slide over a belt loop. It IS easier to put the holster on when the gun isn't in it. I have gotten in the habit, though, of putting the holster on before I pull my pants up.The other thing is that a few times now, the screw has come loose. When that happens, the gun tends to spin down and the barrel points up. I put some locktite on it, I don't think it will happen again.

i bought this for my 809 and it is a perfect fit for that pistol. it appears to be sturdy and well designed. the release system works easily. a light drag on the button,which is very ergonomic,and your pistol slides smoothly out of the holster. that is done with one continuous motion. when you re-holster you hear a distinct but not overly loud click. if you press the button upon re-holstering you hear nothing but the weapon is secured. great price. great buy.

This holster is absolutely PERFECT for the Taurus TH40 !!! The Taurus TH40 slides in just snug enough, not too much movement. The length is absolutely perfect also. I love the fact that it is not so tight that it rubs the Bluing off. I also love that when the release is pressed, and the gun is slid out, the trigger finger is automatically positioned in the “safety divot” on the gun. Not allowing an automatic “triggered” finger. If there was a score higher than 5, I’d give it.

Alright this is the second time I purchased... absolutely disappointed how the same issue of either the stripped screw or the paddle was worn out from daily dry fire training. During the beginning it is a secure fit.. yes ill give it that however, if you are under a situation and the paddle thing also comes off with your gun, you are literally screwed.0 stars. not a functional battle holster.The double magazine pouch holder holds up better....but just cannot recommend the paddle holster.

I use this for practice at the range, but as a concealed carry holster, it tends to allow the pistol grip to lean out from your body which makes concealment a bit more challenging. During the winter it does fine, as bulky clothing will cover the bulge, but during the summer I will have to resort to my inside-the-waist holster. I love the button release on this holster as it places your finger in the correct safe position when you pull your pistol out of the holster. The trigger is effectively protected while in the holster and when drawing your weapon, which was important to me.

For the price I was truly surprised at the quality.Straight out of package it was a solid holster, fit my pistol like they took mine and formed it to it, comes with allen wrench to adjust carry angle.Very good product for the price, I definitely will be looking at them for my other weapons.
