Worthless product. No after-sale support available.
Chor company. Worthless products. No after-sale support available. Water quality is too good and no voltage fluctuations at my place but it stopped heating just in 2 seasons. There is no info where you can contact for warranty. And some how if you find any contact they rudely and flatley refuse to help after sale of product.

Water leaking from all sides in a new product
The media could not be loaded. I ordered two pieces and found one to be defective. The geyser is leaking water from all sides. Amazon is doing a hand to hand replacement, meaning I have to stay without a water heater in the midst of chilling winter. Getting a local plumber to fix means I loose warranty/replacement rights. I am in a real fix here with no solutions.
