Q: Are these visible on black paper?

The silver, gold, and pearl rose showed up well but not in their color. As you can see in the video, the colors all look like silver. So I would say these markers do not show their true color on black paper.

Q: Do they bleed through paper?

Yes, on some paper they do unfortunately.
