This mustard is fresh. After mixing, it will store covered in the refrigerator with no loss of potency in at least two weeks! The small bottle grocery store mustard that I have been using begins to lose potency within hours. It is twice as strong in horse radish spicy as the grocery store mustard I have been using.

compared with the price of dry mustard in groceries, this is a true bargain. Though it is a very large amount, the savings is so great that it was worth the price. Plus, I should not have to buy dry mustard ever again.

We use this product frequently in our every day cooking. Buying in bulk saves us money and trips t the store with today's gas prices.

My wife uses ground mustard in so many things, and the price has skyrocketed here. This way, she won't run out for awhile, and we know we can always get more. Thanks for the buying options, Amazon!

40 bucks for ground everyone off. Cost of maybe 2 bucks a pound . McCormick is ripping everyoneoff.
