I am obsessed with this color protecting shampoo and conditioner. It has a nice light scent, shampoo lathers well and conditioner is smooth and lovely. The added toner woke up my highlights making my hair shine! After trying I went back and ordered the Apple cider vinegar. Used it today and love it just as much. Both shampoo bottles came with a loose seal and a small amount of product was on the bottle but it easily rinsed off and in no way affects my rating. Happy to support this small business.

Good shampoo.
I like this shampoo/conditioner set, they smell really good and for me have actually worked really well, I’ve noticed far less breakage and alittle more fluff after using for the first six months or so. Very good product.

Thank you for you gluten free statement
For some (even me in the past) I would eye roll the, “gluten free” statement on shampoos, conditioners and lotions. It skipped over my mind why that would be important.. you aren’t eating it. Fast forward to my youngest being born and potentially having Celiac and us pulling all items out of our house that could have gluten in it. Yes she’s not eating it but she takes baths and making sure she doesn’t accidentally ingest any from any sources is highly important to us. I have spent probably a collective day in hours trying to find a gluten free shampoo and conditioner that wasn’t terrible. I’m not a fan of some of the ingredients like the Sodium Hydroxide (it permanently brakes the peptide in your hair, it’s high in alkalinity) and also the phenaxanthynaol (terrible spelling, auto correct didn’t want to help me on that one lol) but they really are to avoid with out spending an arm and a leg. Or if you do they make your hair feel terrible. I find this to be a good balance and not overly drying. My hair is down to my butt so it’s old and I can’t be too judgy on that part, if I wash it two days in a row it gets a little unhappy but I’m pretty set on sticking with this brand! We’ve tried three different kinds of this brand and they’re all pretty awesome! This one did have more of a “chemically/clean smell” but it wasn’t overwhelming. You get what you’re picking so no big complaints. I just remember someone saying that in the comments. One kid has hair like mine, long and thick and it’s tamed. Another is thick yet thin. And the last is curly and it worked on all our hair types.

I'm glad I made the switch
My daughter told me about Pure Zero and thought I would like it since I'm a regular Pureology user. She was right! I've been using the Color Care line for about a year and love it. The fragrance isn’t overwhelming and it doesn't weigh down my fine hair.

Struggling to grow hair no more.
I’ve been exfoliating my scalp and using this combo. The Saw Palmetto is great for hair improvement. It’s helped my son who’s a tow head. You could see his scalp through his own fine hair.

I should sue this company.
I should sue this company. My scalp and hair are a mess and I feel lied to. This is what AI says: Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate acts as a harsh cleanser despite being sulfate-free, stripping natural oils and causing dryness, itchiness, or follicle inflammation in dry/brittle hair. Fragrance (parfum) and preservatives like Phenoxyethanol often provoke allergic reactions, leading to redness, pain, and telogen effluvium-style shedding. Cocamidopropyl Betaine, a common irritant in "mild" formulas, may build up and clog follicles, worsening thinning at the crown.
