Amazingly, it worked after one capsule. Flashes decreased to a handful, from rolling flashes through the evening, and awakened overnight with 2 or 3. For 2 days I took one each morning & night. I’m now trying to reduce to morning only. Still watch for your unique circumstances… but for me, this worked. I’m pretty stunned by the success.

I wanted this to work as I suffer from hot flashes. The ingredients if they are true should work. I used the entire bottle trying various times and dosage. This supplement gave me no relief, in fact I felt the hot flashes were worse. Save your money!

I no longer have hot flashes during the day when I take one capsule in the morning. When I first started taking these I was having hot flashes late in the evening. After taking Menovair for two months I no longer have hot flashes in the evening and night sweats are gone.

I’m really enjoying this product. One capsule per day didn’t do much for me but when I jumped to two/day things changed dramatically. It takes a little while for it to click in since it is something that needs to build up with time in order to get the full effect. This takes me to the dissatisfaction of this company. I can only buy bottles with 30 capsules. Since I take 2/day it only lasts 2 weeks. I set it up as a reoccurring order every two weeks so I don’t run out. I had made one order this way. I am now 5 days into not having any as the shipment still show as “delayed, not shipped yet”. Not only do I have to deal with my hot flashes again but it will take me another good week after starting again (whenever I do receive it) to feel the full effect. That’s not something I want to deal with now that I know this product works. Not sure why it won’t ship and I will only have tolerance for this to happen one time before I will look elsewhere. Either send me an explanation to why you can’t hold the delivery schedule and give me an approximate delivery date or ensure delivery reliability so I can continue with this product. Also I would highly recommend producing larger bottles so I don’t have to run out so quickly. This is a very expensive supplement, especially for needing to take more than one/day so I would think it would help the consumer to have access to larger quantities and help cut down on packaging cost. I will mark this down by 2 stars because even though I like the product my wellbeing depends on reliable delivery and if that doesn’t work the product is useless to me anyway. Hopefully this is a one time issue, and if delivery turned out to be more reliable in the future, I will adjust my rating.

I've been taking this supplement for six months, for my hot flashes. With each month Menovair has helped reduce the number of hot flashes i had. At this time I am experiencing maybe three hot flashes a day. I am 74 years old and this is the first time I have had hot flashes. No one can tell me how long I can expect to have these hot flashes so I grateful i have Menovair.

Wow! This product is amazing. I was sweating profusely; it was awful. My husband found this product for me to try. I barely sweat any more!! I give it 10 stars!!

I'm 64 and hot flashes and night sweats came back with a vengeance I tried everything and this is the one product that has helped me immensely, but you have to play with the dosage to see what will work for you but give it time I take one in the morning and take two in the evening but really it's whatever works for you. I just started adding their probiotic with this and that has made a huge difference as well.
