I have a garbage can in my garage and an air tight can on my back porch for tied bags of dog poop inside heavy weight contractor waste bags. It gets VERY hot in LA. No matter what, the smell was unpleasant. I hung one on each and it solved the problem. And, the flies have also gone away. I just re-ordered. I am so pleased. Yes, the smell is a bit strong at first, but it settles down.

I used to buy these all the time; suddenly I couldn't find them anymore, so I took a look at Amazon; not looking for this particular product, I stumbled across it. I had to buy it. My bathroom smells good again. Thanks!

The material used is the same urinal cakes you find in public rest rooms. The smell is so strong that it fills up the bathroom and adjacent rooms. If exposed skin is close to the cake for any period it will irritate (burn) r skin. I had to throw them away.

I like this product which has been around forever, but for some reason it’s hard to find at stores. I use it for my outdoor garbage cans, which are close to my yard. I no longer have terrible hits of stink when I throw my trash in there, plus as an added bonus, it keeps the flies away!

They work very well. the scent is very strong. Wife loves it. I think they are bit too strong.

Does the job very easy to use

Hang it inside my trash bin outside during the extremely hot weather. No flies and no maggots. Garbage pickup day goes with the trash. Following week hang another one.
