Do you know if this will fit the four gallon RotopaX container?? It seems to be larger than the two gallon screws caps.

NOPE. Foe unknown reasons this is 100% incorrect and no explanation as to why. It is too large for the Rotopax. I bet its for their other line and the seller has no clue what hes actually selling
