ESV Large Print Thinline Bible

I was searching for nice ESV Bible and couldn't find detailed reviews from Indian customers to refer. After comparing alot on Amazon.in, I found this Bible to be perfect in terms of size and visibility.When I received the package, I was filled with joy looking at such a nice quality Bible. It's truly compact, handy to read while travelling and at home for daily purpose, clear/good visibility, stitched so well with deep brown buffalo leather cover. I would say this is the best ESV Bible which is compact and highly durable for lifetime.Thanks to seller/Amazon for good quality packing and for sending it carefully without any damage. It took couple of weeks for seller to dispatch and deliver; however, it's worth waiting! Praise the Lord!

The media could not be loaded. The Bible is small with smallest fonts that you can't even see in a normal font print. The prints are visible both sides so I won't recommend this bible to any.I didn't give heed to some comments from here where some of you had mentioned about the font size. Well, thats absolutely true and I am not able to read it with my reading glasses on...

I bought this in replacement of a smaller one I had gotten in which the print was just too small and the leather's edges finish could have been better plus there was no gilding on the page edges. This Bible fixes all those problems. The leather edges are nicely finished, the font is much more readable, and the page edges are gilded, giving it a better appearance. The size is small enough to be easily portable. I got this to carry in my backpack with my other EDC gear.Here are my only cons and they are minor. The red shade used for the words of Christ isn't vibrant enough and the words are hard to read, even in good lighting. There is also visible ghosting and while this is not a problem for me, others will find this distracting.

I must admit, I bought this on sale for 30 quid and it is amazing. It comes with a life time guarantee if you email crossway if it breaks down. Highly recommend this bible. ESV is my favourite translation and it has a KJV feel to it while being modern and easy enough for common folk to understand.

We've had this for a few years now and it's stood up well. Fine, strong pages.
