Very effective
Have been taking it for 3 years now. The doctor had advised for joint replacement but needed some time. This helps me to do my daily work while keeping the pain in control. The last scan showed some improvements too.

Avoid this expensive useless product
After consuming this capsule I got very very bad Diarrhoea. Loose motions with severe acidity and no effect on joint pain. Avoid this costly product. Positive review here are fake and managed by supplier I wasted money and had to throw away the capsules
