One letter balloon was faulty
Easy to use and looks good. But one of these letters was faulty in which there was no option to inflate. In order to make it work we did small hole on that ballon and after inflation we sealed that hole with cello tape. Some how it worked but affect the look of complete word.

my return order got cancelled
lights stopped working after 10 min.Placed a return request and we were waiting to return for replacement of the same product. but it got cancelled without any intimation strangely.Not worried about the money here but it shouldn't happen that way i feel.utterly disappointed with the quality of the product
