Can i use this bag in rainy days?

It's made of cotton so to use it in rainy days is a no for me. But if I want to go out with friends on weekends I'll carry it. Just not everyday in rainy season since I don't want it to get wet.

Can i carry a laptop? Is it suitable for work place

Yes you can carry a laptop in it, since most of the designs are more casual looking, depending on your workplace you can't carry it. It can easily store a laptop plus whatever you need comfortably.
