Q: How do you install refill?

Unplug the device, then unscrew the empty bottle until and throw it away. Unscrew both caps on the refill and throw them away. Push the bottle unit into the device until you hear a click, then adjust the device to the scent level you want by sliding the adjuster on the back of the device to either low or high. Make sure the refill is firmly in place so you can’t see the plastic collar that holds the two jars in the bottle unit together. If you can see the collar, push firmly until the bottle unit clicks into place.
