Amazing product and service from Amazon.
Product was ordered previous night when extractor failed. Description was accurate. Product was easy to install, we had a vent-axia extractor in place but an earlier model. This fitted perfectly, it runs much quieter than the older model. Although, it is dearer due to the humidistat It is worth it as the windows in The bathroom are free of condensation after fitting. Product arrived extremely quickly. It was fitted in the morning after ordering the previous evening. Fantastic service from Amazon.

Product faulty and no help from Amazon
Product worked for a week. Then intermittently for a couple of weeks, then stopped altogether. Tried to return after 32 days which has been refused by Amazon and seller. I am now out of pocket and wished I had bought from a reputable seller who accepts returns.

Great extractor fan
Good quality fan, very quiet, and has done a great job of reducing humidity in our ensuite.

The Noisiest "Silent" Fan!
The Vent Axia extract fan was bought to replace a failing fan in our en-suite.Following installation by a certified electrician, a loud "whining" noise was evident whenever the fan was operating: the whining noise could be heard from other side of the house.We put up with the noise for a week, before getting the (certified) electrician back to check the installation - all was confirmed as being properly & safely installed: the "whining" noise continued.After two weeks of this, we capitulated and bought an Xpelair extract fan and paid additional installation charge to replace the Vent Axia.Glorious silence - save yourself any hassle - avoid the Vent-Axia and get an Xpelair!

Extractor died a week after installation for a leak from a neighbour upstairs.
It's ok extractor, not very powerful but relatively quiet while it works. It gets easily distracted by steam or water. Occasionally it recovers after drying but apparently not always so lucky.

Product defective. Not silent.
Speed rotary button has no effect. Fan constantly runs at high speed, never stops. Not less noise than standard fan. Product defective. Seller proposes refund well below purchase price.
