The media could not be loaded. First ... is a 13x 42 pool with holds about 3000 gallons. Material is good .. steel frame support is also good... and includes a canopy... I like the height of the pool because is perfect for a 6 to 8 old to learn how to swim ... with that said.. It might be to tall for younger kids...I did buy a 15x15 carp for support on the cement to crate a better stronger barrier.. and I bought a stronger filter than the one it comes with ... nothing wrong.. is just my preference the one in the package is good enough.. I think it a 550 gallon per hour ... which it means it exchanges every 6 hours approx.. the one a bought is 2500 so the exchange is every 2.5 hours... so for me is better... for the price point at 400 dollars I think you get a good deal ... just remember location ... and foundation.. if on grass make sure your level and free of debrie... lay an extra layer of harp.. or karp like 15x15 ... is cost like 25 dollars ... totally worth it help prevent punctures on the botton.. this manufacturer is consider good ... just do your home work ... to see what you need vs what you like... to help keep you pool clear shocke it once with one 1 lbs pack .. and buy chlorine disks and a bubbler to hold your chlorine. .. the one it come with is to small.. and need specials chlorine pills ... .. consider buying a intex 2500One ..............is the better choice..Two .....set your times on the unit for either 2 to 4 hours ... the hotter daus keep at 4 hoursNever have to remember to turn it on or offBest of luck ...

Have had this pool for the entire summer. We are still using the 530/gal. filter that comes with the pool. No issues with this filter at all. You must clean the filter every seven days with hose pipe water. You must test your water at least every seven days for proper chlorine, pH, alkalinity, hardness & acidity !!! If you do those few things this filter will be fine & you will have crystal clear water all summer long. Stop being lazy on the maintenance & your water won't turn green. Hope this helps the undecided newbies to above ground pools.

This pool was easy to assemble, and we are really enjoying it this summer, but there are a few annoying issues that made me debate between 3 or 4 stars.First off, the seals and hose clamps for the pump are terrible. The best I can do is reduce the leakage to small drips, and just figure I'll have to add water every few weeks. Horrible design.The second, and probably the most annoying issue, is the fact that they provided a 12-ft cover with a 13-ft pool. If it's a hot day, and the cover is good and pliable, then *maybe* I can get it to stay on -- if I have the water level topped off. But most days, it's an asinine process of pulling one side to get the cover over the frame, only to have the other side fall onto the water. Rinse and repeat, until you give up and leave one t-joint uncovered, and hope the wind doesn't blow.It could probably use a stronger pump, but we "shock" periodically to maintain chlorine levels, and spend a lot of time skimming (I'm a little neurotic about that).Overall, it does a good job holding water and allowing us to cool off in the summer, but there's a lot of room for improvement. 3.5 stars overall.

When the box arrived i was worried as it looked like it was tossed out of an airplane. But after we were able to get it all setup I was relieved that nothing was damaged. Super easy to put up myself. Has been up 3 months and other than the cover being a total waist of money and the pump not quite powerful enough, it was a success. We love soaking in it on the hot days.

The pool was a gift to a grandson,Signed up for the warrant when pool was set up 4/16/21, and made a claim a day later on the defective liner on we realized it was leaking in 2 spots on the bottom of the pool- three weeks now and when going into Bestway warranty account this morning and it stated "your claim has been cancelled due to the fact that the item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer which is not coverd under warranty" They cancelled warranty and claim and we were never contacted. Turned out to be a thir party seller, so Bestway DOES NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY on the defective liner we received. It was in a new, sealed box, all items were packed tight, so you can tell the seller had never opened it-when I callled today they told me I would have pack it up and return it to the seller. Sounds like they arejust fine with selling to "unauthorized retailers" so they don't have to honor their warranty! And obviously know it's fraudulent/deceptive if they don't even bother to contact the customer!! EXTREMELY DISAPPONTED!! NEVER AGAIN BESTWAY!! An I am also questioning buying from AMAZON!!

Before this pool we had an intex 12 x 30 pool, I got this because I wanted something bigger for our family but wasn't ready for the full on 52" tall pool. My only complaints is the canopy had no detailed directions on how to attach it to pool, also it was very flimsy and wound up blowing off the pool. We just got an umbrella to put next to pool. The pump went out less than a week of owning this pool I purchased a bigger pump from bestway and it is amazing. All in all I still think this is a great pool. Ladder that comes with it is surprisingly sturdy. We have fun, it's big enough to hold a few floats.
