The price not deserve the quality

I was making a favorite seafood dish the other day and SNAP! My cheap pairing knife broke into. I was really excited because this opened the door for a new pairing knife of greater quality and to me there was only one company that was getting my business. A few days prior I had seen a beautiful Henkel that not only was my favorite style but attached with a excellent price. My friends were talking one of the best and oldest knife manufacturers in the world. Henkel have been a staple for chefs and restaurants for decades. When I first used a classic 8" chef knife of their make I realized why so much attention was focused on craftsmanship. The perfect weight and a edge that needs little care very often. A few swipes with a steel and you're in business. Cutting with this pairing knife needs no pressure, the blade glides right through whatever vegetable, protein, seafood or food items that needs work. The knives have just the right balance between the weight of the blade and the handle that makes it very comfortable to hold. The 6” knife was longer than I thought. Takes a little getting used to.

hella freaking sharp, and super comfortable to hold. wanted to practice chopping vegetables Julien and thin sliced fast thats why I wanted a nice knife, but I can't afford to buy a nice expensive wustof. this was only 30 dollars and its already a nice 8 inch blade. super ergonomic. so far, it has been a blast using this amazing knife, I don't need to buy a nakiri to feel like im doing good lol
