Great kick start to your day or workout. We just add a small amount of water and take it as a shot, followed with water. You could also add to smoothies if you’re not a fan of the taste. It’s definitely an acquired taste for some. No jitters or side effects. I’ve purchased other green blends from this company and am very pleased with them.

Mixes well, helps the gut and increases energy. Good alternative to a similar product from another company, which has the same ingredients, just in a different order. Will buy more.

I bought this product to add to my kale smoothies. I am on an anti-inflammatory diet. Spirulina contains bio reactive compounds that are known to decrease inflammation. However, I was shocked when I got my product and read the warning label. It said that consuming this product can expose you to lead which is known to cause birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Lead and heavy metals are also extremely inflammatory. I tried to return the product but Amazon states that it is not refundable, and I cannot return it. If a product has a TOXIC health warning such as this one, it should be DISCLOSED BEFORE the consumer buys it. I should not have to pay for something I'm not able to use.

The combination of 2 superfoods.Suggestion: Could you add Mangosteen Rind?

Have bought many times but this last purchase the contents were lumpy and not loose as in previous orders. Not sure if its even useable.

I’ve been using this, just about 1/3 tsp. I add it to my smoothies. If you add more, you will taste it slightly. Taste isn’t bad, if you don’t mind algae. Anyway, the bit I add, gives me energy. No jitters. I have ADHD, too much caffeine doesn’t wake me up, it makes me irritable. This gives me energy in a gentle manner, I feel like I’ve been recharged. I’m excited to have found this, I highly recommend it.
