One for the budding online entrepreneur
Having read several books about the subject before this, I was expecting more of the same but this book comes at the subject from a somewhat different perspective and is engaging. As a budding web designer having attained a top 2 position in SERPs for one of my client's sites I thought I knew most of the do's and don'ts of SEO but this book introduced me to several new ideas and tools. Not only a great book for the web designer but also for the budding entrepreneurs thinking about setting up their own online business. Would recommend it without hesitation as it comes across as being written by someone who is not only knowledgeable but also very enthusiastic about their subject, rather than just another kindle book written purely for profit by someone not expert in the subject. Does what it says on the tin. It’s well written, about treading that line between not using black hat SEO tactics, which will get you down rated by the google search algorithms, and yet still gaming the system within the boundaries given. Overall, the aim of the ever evolving google algorithms is to move towards reward those sites with the best, most relevant, most recent content, and the best links to the most reputable other sites. However, as every one is, or should, be trying to do this, this book does help to try and enable readers to optimise their own performance within this battle field.It is a good read, will clear actions that you could and should be taking, to help ensure that your site is seen sooner than your competitors. At around 200 pages you can read it quickly too, and start taking useful actions based upon what's most appropriate for your company / product / idea.[...]
