The steriliser itself looks good and works well. However it clearly states that there is a soother and a bottle included, however we did not receive these - hence the low rating. Sady I can't return as have thrown away the box before I realised.

I had the portable version of this steriliser and it's great had the tommee tippee steam steriliser but decided to purchase this as the steam steriliser was too much time making sure it was clean all the time this made it so much simpler spend last time messing around getting baby bottles sterilised and more family time so uv is the way to go the portable one is great for the bottom of the pram worth every penny

being an unexperienced first time mom, I did buy this product considering it only takes 3 minutes tomsterilise, however I did not think about the drying needed. so I ended up buying a Philips steriliser/dryer. still i believe this products would be useful in hot summer days when drying may not be an issue, so may be good for travel (?)

Please watch this, always check the light is on, the window is so small to see..... we noticed one night as its harder see in the say that no light was on during the process, could have been like that day although the button was flashing to show a cycle was operating. Returned as it lasted 2 weeks from opening and bought the tommee tippee one instead.

Switched to this from a TT steam steriliser and wish we had done it sooner. We live in a hard water area so it was constant descaling before and when you needed a bottle quickly it meant burnt fingers at 4am. Looks slick, 3 mins cycle and dummies/bottles can be used straight away. Love it.
