Is it suitable for pomeranian.?

Doesn’t list breeds but my dog is a Norfolk Terrier and has Colitis but it’s never flares up while she has this. Quality product and good value compared to what vet sells. Ideal for sensitive tums. Small sized kibble.

How high is the Purin

Do you mean Purine? I can't see any reference to the purine level per se, but it does contain pork which is of course classed as a red meat. And any fatty food has the potential to increase uric acid in the body. 
So both of those things, red meat and fatty foods, are best avoided if your dog needs a low Purine diet. If I were you I would ask Vets kitchen direct for your peace of mind.
