Can mount be used to have laptop above two screens? Or screen, screen and then laptop either on left or right m? If adjusted horizontally?

Screens are to be on sides (same level), laptop can either go above or to the bottom

How did you mount the plates to the back of the monitor? My monitor does not have pre made screw holes.

I did have to Purchase adapters for my Viewsonic Monitors. I bought them on Amazon - VESA Mount Adapter for Viewsonic Models VX2776-smhd, VX2476-smhd, VX2376-smhd, and VX2276-smhd. they worked great.

Can I mount 2 27 in curved Samsung monitors? With the bracket support/fit

Yes the arms will let you mount that size as long as you have the horizontal space to accommodate them side by side. The monitor plates allow you to swivel up and down as well as side to side and the arms are on a pole that you can rotate to 360.
