Works out the Kinks!!
This is a great product, but use with care. Work up to the more firm and larger adjusters . This is great for many areas of the body that need deep adjustments like Psoas and Hips!

Excellent item, solid wood
This is great for self trigger-point therapy. Best used laying on a rigid surface as opposed to a bed, but I even turn sideways and put behind me in office chair for relief!! Super sturdy and well made!!
