Amazon Basics Leg Pillow, Butterfly, White, 25 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm

This was a lot smaller than I expected, my fault for not taking note of the size in the listing.Having said that however it does the job it is meant for, so if you are a side sleeper use this along with a good pillow and it will help you get a comfortable nights sleep and you will wake up it the morning with little to no pain and feeling refreshed.

Great pillow, used for pre and post op THR

This does work well enough to notice a difference. However, the pillow is not that firm and it squishes together too much that it is not fit for its use after an hour or so. Sometimes I turn it 90 degrees so the higher parts are making contact with my legs to increase the space. Or I use it along with a thin pillow, which kind of defeats it's purpose. I will be buying a different firmer pillow in future.

Since having back surgery I have always used a memory foam standard cushion in bed between my legs. It works wonders but is quite cumbersome. So I decided to purchase this pillow based on the reviews.All I can say is that this pillow is completely useless. It may separate your thighs but your knees are almost touching. It compresses that much that is becomes obsolete and has no advantages in bed. You wake up in pain and discomfort.My opinion is buy a memory foam pillow and use that. It gives you better separation and keeps your knees apart. Positioned just right and you have the best sleep with little to no pain in the morning. This product here is not supportive and is a waste of money. The only benefits is that it is compact.
