I bought this to use in exercises to enhance my balance. It’s very similar to the ones I use in physical therapy and the price is reasonable. The size is good — big enough for my purposes but small enough to tuck away behind a chair when not in use.

I was a bit skeptical about this but I glad I brought it it's very easy on the knees and elbow I use for yoga and exercise without pain in my body thanks you , and the price was not bad because I seen others and they are really small the XXL is the best if you are look for comfortable without pain .

Gute Qualität. Prima für Balanceübungen, nach ein paar Tagen Training steht man schon viel sicherer auf einem Bein. Gut zu nutzen im Bad beim Zähneputzen ;-)
