This sub thumps!!!
Great quality at the price point. I really love the bass sound coming from this sub. It basically does as stated in its name “Rock Shaker”.

Impressed
I wasn't sure of the outcome with some mixed reviews on this. Built a small theatre room with a ceiling mounted projector & 100" drop down screen. Running a 7.2 receiver and wired for 2 Subs on LFE with an RCA Y splitter for right & left on the Sub. Well I won't need 2 Subs, this 12" puts out some impressive thunder. I'm no Pro, but I know good bass when I hear it. It's big, and as others have said, big bang for the buck, and it seems to be well built. Auto on/off works well, and I am not picking up any audible hum. I may be replacing some higher end 10 inchers with this one on some of my other systems.

low price big sound.
the amp and driver assembly (from the spider and cone back) seem kinda small. the sound and overall performance of the 12 inch 800w version is pretty intense. the wiring to the speaker in the cabinet was a bit loose and had suprising slack. i did add those zip ties to try and keep any wire buzz down. i do have some cabinet noise and the seller is willing to take it back. it is minor enough i may deal with it or weight the box a bit, seems to settle the buzz if time dosent. buzz comes in when bass hits abt 151 hz, and a few places lower but not alot. worth the price to me, i honestly wouldnt mind hearing a series of them together. if ur not super picky and know you just want a simple budget friendly plug and play solution some serious bass you kinda worry the neighbors might hear, this is the one. hope the one i got lasts and oh, the wood finish is so so.... its very obvious its a laminate on account if some patterning on top of the unit. maybe bubbels in the glue if the laminate that wernt rubed out in the finishing befor the glue set.. idk. there was also some untrimmed laminate stuck in the vent holes if the amp panel on the rear if the unit. i did remove it. final mention, if your reading this rockille i did like how you difused the inside of the air ports. flairing them like that is very smart. idk if yall started that but every other u it i ever saw had a flair on the exterior but a shapless pipe inside the box causing that odd rhaspy air noise. i do believe this choice allows this particular box to sound more clear than others.

Great sound and good looking!
Great sound at a decent price. Good controls, no distortion, deep clean bass. These look good, too. I like to run them without the front grille attached so i can see them move. Only caution is to have someone qualified open up the back and remove the solder-splatter from the circuitry before using.

No power low quality
This item is not a quality sub. It might provide enough bass for a closet but that is all. My older 8 inch Yamaha sub puts this to shame. All I wanted was this sub to give me some bass for music in my pool table room it it fails.

The bass on this thing is crazy
So I used to have two 12" sub in my car, I'm new to home audio, but this sub is crazy. House audio is so much more powerful than car audio, this single 12" sub pumps so much bass it hurts my chest and makes me uncomfortable. I have it on almost the lowest setting because turning it up is overwhelming. Movies sound like you're sitting in the theater. My only complaint is the confusing hook ups on the back, the "high level output" for peripheral speakers only works in you also use the "high level input", ir doesn't function if you hook the sub up with RCA cables. My receiver has one RCA output for a subwoofer and I plugged it into the LEFT RCA "line in" and it works perfectly. I've only had this sub for a couple weeks, but as of now I'm blown away, and it is pretty reasonable price, I recommend it.
