Good bread to have for breakfast. It tastes good.

The other reviews saying the bread breaks apart easily weren't exaggerating, but I fried it in butter and it tastes great. I made a kind of piecemeal grilled cheese and I loved it.

Very healthy, but easy to crumble. Has some specially beneficial ingredient (like old style home made bread). For best results needs more than usual chewing.

I am seeking wheat alternatives and often consuming some really awful stuff. This bread is actually pretty good. It's on the thin side, which many non wheat breads are, a little denser than would be ideal, but very tasty. I will buy it again...so there's that. I had a tomato sandwich just now....yep...it's good.

Not at all what I expected. The taste is bland. The texture is crumbly.

It's a firm rye-spelt organic bread. I was happy to see the bread was sliced lengthwise. Bread held up nicely for eating a turkey, swiss & mayo sandwich. The loaf was delivered in an insulated bag, which gave it some protection during shipping. But, 10% of the bread crumbled when I took off the plastic wrap.

How bread should be made, no starch or hidden ingredients. I pair this with my morning breakfast of sunny side or over easy eggs with avocado.
