My 9 year old daughter loves this backpack! The material is great, the zippers are great quality. I’ll probably buy another one from this same company next year.

My kid has been using it for almost 6 months on a daily basis. The handle bar got completely stuck a couple of days ago without any warning. Now there's no way to use it as a rolling backpack. Seriously I'd expect much better durability with such price...

Dont buy this back pack the school year started August 9, by September 3 zippers had broken, it has double zippers so she was using the alternate zipper, but as of today both zippers on each pocket were broken and she was walking around with all pockets open, I cant believe how poor the quality is on this back pack.

Kid loved the look and functionality of the internal pockets. The zippers failed twice on the initial purchase and then the replacement with days of each other. They split open from both ends without exuding much force. I definitely do not recommend this product at all.
