Beautiful well put together, packaging is great but, if the tag is broken then return is voided.

It matched my outfit perfectly. I got many compliments. It's a pretty set!

They were very likely returned, and had hair tangled on them. A lot of the stones had fallen off and thankfully in the plastic wrappers. I glued them back with super glue for my use. These sets are ok for emergency use on occasion but I don’t expect them to stay intact for too long.

It’s beautiful and looks real, I did not have any discomfort wearing it. I used a bandaid for the earrings.

The product was clearly returned previously. Both the box and the jewelry inside was broken. There was also a used bandaid inside which is disgusting. I assume they do not sanitize/dispose of returned products. I ordered another set from them which was clearly new, that set was beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. I’ll certainly be returning this set.
