Even removing one of the inner layers, speaking through this mask and being heard without muffled speech is difficult - the masks are well made and sturdy, and mostly easy to wash, so they are perfect for occasional wear and safety - however, I'd not recommend them to service workers or folks that have to deal with talking to folks all day.

Sent these back. Uncomfortable- some linings are bigger than outside. Not uniformly made.

Buyer Be aware! They arrived promptly, neatly, high quality, heavyweight-hot, nose wire, with filters! So 3 stars BUT no lanyards, which I really wanted!! Looked all around inside each mask, bag, even label said they were there. Sad. Amazon c/service was awesome and fully refunded order. Thank you for that!!

The order was incomplete and the internal packaging was opened. Some filters were soiled and the mask lanyards were not included. The masks appeared of excellent quality though. I was disappointed and looked forward to the merchandise, but it was never fulfilled. I am not bothered by shipments of an item that other customers reviewed/tried and returned. People try on apparel all the time when shopping and pre-washing is always recommended. I wish that more care were take to send a finished product/order to me after waiting weeks for delivery/arrival. It is helpful for businesses and consumers alike. I would not discourage anyone from buying this product and I hope that my experience was an anomaly and know that there are also hard-working individuals behind the scenes. Yet I eventually decided that the product was no longer needed and returned the items.

My family and I use the cloth masks on a daily basis, for school and just going about our daily life. I've also use them as a shield from the sun when exercising, that's how breathable they are, even with a filter. I prefer the cloth mask because I use to get breakouts with the surgical masks. The size is right for a teenager or an adult. Very soft to touch, adjustable ear loops. They have never come apart or torn because I've always used a laundry bag to wash them in, once a week. Or they can be hand wash.

If breathing is important to you, you won’t want to wear these masks for more than a few hours. They are very difficult to breathe in and if you need to wear them all day long you’ll be light headed and fatigued after a couple hours… at least I was. The masks are long on my face leaving a 1 inch gap under my chin. I’ve found that I can pull the chin part down and vent my air back toward my neck, which I realize defeats the point of wearing the mask. But, I either had to vent it or pass out. They are probably fine for short periods - into the store, etc. but not all day.

Made very well. Comfortable material. They are just big for my face. I would love then if they were a little smaller/petite. Other than that, worth every penny plus some (I can still use the lanyards and filters)

These masks are totally useless. The nose piece is nothing but a very thin piece of wire that does not hold it's shape. The mask covers the bottom of my eyes and the lining is sewn into the nose seam so you can not use a filter. the filters they provided are so small they do not cover the nose and mouth. don't waste your money.
