Sorry it does not fit for SX70 HS.

Q: Does the eyecup get in the way of the fujifilm x-t200 lcd screen opening and shutting ?

Mine was a Nikon d5200, but it did have a tilt/twist LCD screen and the eyepiece did not get in the way of that. It fit the same as the original, it just stood off further and fluted out a little more than the original.
