Device was defective Out of Box- No Manufacture warranty???
Purchased this for business use and when we finally got around to using the device for one of our users we started experiencing issues right away. Computer would freeze, screen would go black etc. Finally it turned back on but freezes randomly and requires us to remove the battery to get it to work again. Worst part is when I went to Lenovo's website to get warranty information, there was none... Extremely disappointed that a reseller would not purchase and include some kind of manufacture warranty with a device that costs this much. I understand that I may have received a lemon, but thats beside the point. No warranty at all is unacceptable. Amazon's 30 day warranty is laughable at best. Save your money in the long run and stay away from this seller. Computers are not made to last and without support or a manufacture warranty, you will be left with disappointment.Edit: 04/01/2022Seller contacted me via message, depending on the outcome I will update the rating. Hoping they can make this right.Edit: 04/06/2022Seller cannot refund and can only replace the device at a 10-15% fee. Disappointing that this device did not come with some sort of manufacture warranty. All laptops should have some sort of warranty OOB. Contacting Amazon and Lenovo to see if they can help in anyway.04/12/2022Seller knowingly selling products with false warranty information. Do yourself a favor and stay clear If you are a business user.

CPU died within 2 months, no manufacturer warranty.
I purchased this laptop for a replacement for my aging Lenovo Yoga 2 11, as it was getting up there in age and simply wasn't powerful enough for my school work. I got it and it was wonderful. After almost two months, it gets stuck in a blue screen loop, where it would blue screen, reboot, blue screen, reboot, and wouldn't stop. I send it in to Lenovo and they tell me the warranty is expired, that it started before I purchased the laptop, and that it was a one day warranty.Long story short, I purchased this laptop for around $1,700, and needed a $640 repair within a couple of months. Do not buy, at least not without getting a warranty too.

great computer, but you must have very high speed internet...
I have "high speed internet via cincinnati bell fioptics...however the provided router ran at 2.4 G...the computer kept dropping the internet connection...I had to replace the router with a 5 G to get it to stay connected...my son, who is my "technical support" explained all this and actually set up two networks in the house...the 5G for the new computer, and the old one supports my wife's computer and my home PC. No extra cost for service, but I had to buy the extra router for about $120. I thought there was a problem with the computer, and would never have figured this out without the help of someone very knowledgeable
