These sensory brushes are simple, effective, and well made. The bristles provide good sensory input without being uncomfortable, and they’re easy to hold and clean. We’ve used them regularly to support calming and regulation, especially during transitions, and they’ve held up well over time. I’d definitely recommend these to parents, caregivers, or professionals looking for a helpful sensory tool.

As a pediatric OT we use sensory brushes often in our clinic. These were high quality and the different colors make them more child friendly. They love picking out the color to use. They work as expected and are a good price.

I bought these because I saw they seem to be popular in our special ed. classroom with the kids that have autism. The kids will gently move these on their cheeks and arms. My physical therapist also recommended such a thing to help heal nerves in my foot after a grade 3 ankle sprain. I may have found them too late to reverse the damage but then again they help. The bristles are not too hard nor too soft. We love these. The kids also enjoy sticking them together. I thought they were a bit pricey for what they are, but they are a popular play thing so I really can't complain. If they were a little less expensive I would buy more. Maybe I will eventually buy them again anyway. I recommend buying these as they are useful items for nerve retraining or soothing children of all ages with autism. Definitely worth it when trying to soothe an upset child with autism. If I hadn't seen them at school, I never would have purchased them.

These have been working great to provide sensory input when my kiddo gets overstimulated

We have two children with autism. Our one son is hyposensitive to touch and the other hypersensitive. For our son who needs extra touch (hypo), this was a great way to help calm him down. We had the guidance of an OT that assisted with the use and he liked the brush with extra pressure. When he was having a meltdown, we used it softly on his skin and added pressure as he requested. For our son who is extra sensitive to touch (hyper), this helped ease him in to different sensations on his skin. We struggle each year with clothes because he does not like long sleeve or pants and can't go without socks. This helped do some exposure therapy with his arms and legs and he had an easier time adjusting from summer clothes to winter clothes. Again, we had some help from an OT before using this product. This is great for each situation and a must have for OTs.
