Essentially identical to original hornady
This is a knock off but essentially identical to the hornady comparator body. The original hornady is on the right in the uploaded photo and the "Bylot" comparator is on the left. Quality appears the same and works as advertised.

Doesn't include the set screw to attach the insert
What you see is what you get. It includes the body and the thumb screw, but not the set screw to hold the insert in. It requires a 4mm set screw by the way, which is different than the Hornady, which is imperial. If you buy it, order a 4mm set screw too! Now you know!
