I started it after already having sore feet with blisters forming from hiking on a trip and didn't think rubbing this Shea butter like stick would help, but it worked surprisingly well! Healed the blisters and prevented new ones. Made my feet soft. The stick means you don't have to get it on your hands to use it. Nice travel size.

Liked the ease of application. Aroma is pleasant. The effects of the medication is good. However, when advertising on amonzon the possible side effects it might cause if you have certain problems should be listed in the advertisment.

Dr Frederick’s Blister Blocker is totally awesome! Our daughter who is 30 has suffered from severe blisters her whole life, over the years we tried all kinds of different products, socks and so called blister prevention pads and nothing worked to provide a solution until I happened upon Dr Frederick’s blister prevention stick. She recently changed jobs that requires her to be on her feet all day, and walks anywhere between 4-6 miles a day. Since she has started using this the severity of the blisters has significantly reduced, while they haven’t ceased to exist the pain and discomfort has been greatly reduced and vastly improved her discomfort. She walks on average 37 miles a week and this has been a God send in her opinion. I have über sensitive feet and I always seem to get blisters. Not with this product! I use it daily since my job as a community organizer includes 5 hours of walking daily. Not a single blister since using this product.

It works!

I went to Disney and got a really big blister so when we went back to Disney a few months later I wanted to try this to see if it helped. I rubbed this everywhere I thought I might get a blister before putting on my shoes for the day. I walked twice as much as the last trip and was wearing the same exact shoes and not a single blister! Also my feet were so soft and smooth after 4 days of using this. I will always put this on before walking long distances and be using it in the winter when my feet get dry.
