There is nothing that I don't like about it, I had a hard time getting in and out of the pool with the ladder that came with the pool, so it kept me from going in it, but now I'm in it alot more now, no trouble getting in or out.

So much easier to get in and out of our pool. Should have done this years ago!

Let me state with the seller, they were great and delivered early, one box looked like it had been tossed around and drug, but more likely than not the sellers fault. We have an above ground pool, our daughter is an adult with autism, has had bi- later hip surgery, not replacement. She has a bit of a difficult time with stairs, these work much better than the ladder however. But they are made out of acrilic I believe, and they float. They want you to weigh them down with sand bags, then put them up against the wall of the pool. They could have designed this SO much better to make them much easier to use. The quality is okay, one of the stairs that has holes for the poles to fit in was not drilled out. We had to buy a drill bit that would drill out the hole and for the price I must say it was inconvenient and a bit disappointing. This set also had big gouges in the top step. They are pretty sturdy and an okay value for the money. I mentioned assembly, not bad unless you have some like we did that should have not passed quality check before packing.

The ladder came faster then said

These were defective. There was a hole missing in the top to install the rails. Made contact right away only to be told to return the product and must have all packaging materials or refund will be denied. I asked for just the defective part to be reshipped and received the same automated response that I can return. So I did just that. Once return showed delivered still no refund. I had to request twice. Finally refunded through Amazon. Ordered new steps elsewhere.

The ladder is not white as stated it’s more of a taupe color. I placed a white towel to show the difference in color.
