Q: Anyone use this on a porcelain floor?

The brush was used on a pool with small porcelain tiles along the edge. I believe it is too aggressive for a porcelain floor and would result in scratches.

Q: Can this be used on fiberglass in ground pools?

The bristles are wire so I would not use on a fiberglass pool.

Q: is it harmful to the pebble tec finish in a gunite pool?

We have a Polaris pool sweep the does 90% of the work for me but on the occasion to use this will brush I have seen no degradation of the Gunite surface with minimal use I would not recommend it for daily use

Q: How long does the pole extend? My pool is 12' deep... will this be long enough to reach the bottom?

The brush doesn't come with a pole. You buy the length pole you need separately. The brush has a little plastic gismo that clips into the little holes in the pole to attach it.
