I have had this massage gun for A couple of years now. It still charges well, works great, still solid and works as it did when I first got it.It really is built very well, also is asthetically pleasing to look at. Yes it's slightly heavier than others . But I think that is a testament to the build quality. The battery lasts for a few days without needing to charge... Shouldn't need to overdo the massaging. There are a few different attachments but I tend to stick mainly with the larger size ball! It's easy to use yourself or if you have back pain as I do, my children have fun using it on me. The relief it gives totally depends on you and how it's used.It gets to my pain and gently eases it. You just have to learn by experimenting on what is better for you.Ultimately it's a brilliant bit of kit!

Good quality & functionality, however a bit heavy, making a bit difficult, especially if treating the neck/shoulder area. However the unit itself is very easy to use with a great variety of attachments & good info on what to use them for. Provided muscle relief but obviously needs to be used regularly, especially if treating an injury that takes a while to heal.

My wife and I love this, she struggles with joint pain and it eases some of the tension. I also pulled my back just before leaving for work and it eased a lot of the initial pain.

This was bought as a gift for my son. He'd been complaining of random shut downs and not powering on so before I jumped in with a return I thought I'd trouble shoot it myself.This is what I found:Firstly, when he took the massage gun out of the box the charge level read 99%, I thought this was strange as usually lithium powered devices ship with between 30 and 50% SOT.Anyway, back to my testing. I ran the gun constantly at 2/3 power, and as the instructions state, it shut down after 15 mins. This is fine as it turned back on, ran it for another 15 mins, all the while the battery level is still reading 99. Again still plausible as the instructions state a 6hr run time and the battery only supposedly drops in 20% increments. The gun shut down a second time after 15 mins but again powered back in.Battery level still reading 99 and gun shut down a third time but after about 5 mins. This time it wouldn't power back on. I connected a power bank for 30 seconds, disconnected the power bank, then it turned back on, but only ran for 10 seconds. Repeated this step and the same happened.I've summised that the battery only lasts around 30 mins and doesn't even register that the battery is depleting. Basically it's faulty and certainly not up to the claimed performance.Obviously I've returned it and now looking for another.

Bought for my partner. It is powerful and really helps with sore muscles or joints. 10/10!
