1,000 mcg Vitamin B12 Liquid - 30ml

So, first, let me say I started using this product at the recommendation of my doctor. I researched a lot of brands and settled on this one because I'm not a fan of the pill form of anything. That said, this product has corrected the reason why I started taking it. It has a pleasant taste, though I take it sublingual. One thing I will point out for me is, it doesn't always give me a boost in energy. In fact, in some instances I found right after taking it it depleted my energy and I would just feel drained. It's probably worth noting that I take omeprazole occasionally and there is supposedly a mild interaction with regards to absorption. I do find that I have more mental clarity though. Oh oh oh one last thing, so there was a long stretch where the product was not available of course due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, so when it became available the first thing I noticed was the dropper appeared different. The end of the old dropper used to be a little longer leaner and pointier. This one is short stumpy and cheapish. Also, the markings on this new dropper are disappearing. In the liquid bottle?? I'm not particularly impressed with that part and I am mad at myself for not keeping my last bottle before this one arrived. Other than that it's convenient and well tolerated and overall a very good product. I'll be contacting the company in regards to the dropper.

Not unpleasant tasting

The taste is pretty neutral. It doesn’t leave a residue in your mouth like a lot of liquid tinctures and supplements. I feel like it gives me a decent boost of energy. It’s a slightly different experience than the dissolvable B tablets. I got this while I waited for back stock of the dissolvable ones to become available again. I actually like this formula a lot and feel like it’s helpful with cognition, energy, motivation. Sublingual intake provides excellent absorption for any liquids. Coupled with liquid vitamin D3 and Lion’s Mane (from other companies), this gives me an excellent boost to my day. I’ve used many Pure Encapsulations products over the years and respect and trust the brand. I was happy to see this liquid option and might continue using it, but will have to price it out compared to the dissolvable tablets for value. Though this product is a bit expensive, it’s worth it.

Great price! I usually order this through a specific program/app and this is much more reasonable. Taste is great, doesn’t bother me like others. No leakage. Easy to dispense. Will be buying more and likely subscribe.

It was promptly received, as promised. I've only used drops a few times but think I like sublingual. It takes some getting used to for me (that's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars), but I understand it's the most efficient way to ingest B-12. Pure Encapulations is a reliable, third-party tested brand, so I'm confident in it.
