Worked perfect and saves time
I habe 2 giant breed dogs around 150 lbs and a relative small shower for them. This made my life so much easier and the process faster. I am now able to wash and rinse off the soap left, right and underneath my dog. It kind of adjusted itself to the size of my dog.

Good concept but that's as far as it goes
This is a good concept but that is where the good ends. The wand was flimsy. The water pressure is not enough to do much of anything. The circle wouldn't stay in a circle. It wasn't expensive but not even worth what I paid. I am really bummed. I was hoping it would work. I think it needs to go back to the drawing board on this product. Does anyone test these ideas before putting them out on the market?

Self maintenance
I’ve had this product for a month now and it works nicely, after I tweaked it a bit. Had to tighten some screws to the rim would stay open on my dog. Once they were tightened it worked great. You need to fill the soap dispenser full with soap and you’re good to go. I use it mostly when I bring my dog back from the beach, he is an 80lb pitbull so it used to be tough getting all the sand off him but now it’s a bit more simple

Surprising good experince
The media could not be loaded. I received this as a little gift from in-laws. I was highly skeptical, but, I ended up very pleased. The quality and durability feel of the plastics could certainly be a little better, but at the price it is, it's certainly good enough. I have two Golden Doodles, one 55lbs and one 12lbs. As long as it's a nice warm day the woof washer is my goto aid for cleaning the dogs up. I do say warm day only, because the user will inevitably get wet also. But, the speed of doing a full wash is so worth it to me. Lather them up, turn it off and the gently rub and scrub the dogs a bit, then turn it back on and rinse, works really well. Even if I have to buy a new one every other year or so due to the quality issues, I think I'll do it at this point.Only caveat I might add is about pressure. If you have low water pressure, washing a long haired dog might be more troublesome. We have very decent water pressure at our location.

Thumbs Up for Woof Washer
I have two big dogs, 85 and 95 pounds. When I saw the Woof Washer's configuration, I thought it would be a good product to wash the sand out of my long-haired beach lover. Good things about the Woof Washer: both dogs quickly accepted moveable arms; it does rinse the sand with gentle pressure; it can be minimized to go go around the face, legs, and tail areas; the nozzle and adjustments construction are solid, the arms are easy to manipulate; both bzths went pretty fast. Other things: it did not release much shampoo into the water (ok for short hair but had to apply more by hand for long hair); gentle pressure; the arms move easily.I like this product.

Don't do it
Plz don't waste your money. No pressure and delicate even though ur careful w it. I was stupid enough to buy this 2nd one and it broke within 2 uses cuz my shepard rolled over on it when i was scrubbing her on the ground. Arms snapped off.

Works great! Hooked it up to warm water faucet in my laundry and ran the hose out the back door. It was a hot, sunny, and humid day. My old black Lab Spooky just loved it. It is so easy to use and you can really wash every nook and cranny. He is a big fella-- 106 lbs., so not easy to get him into any kind of tub. If the washer wears well, I'll give it 10 stars!! Great invention!! When cold weather arrives we can bathe him down cellar over the cellar drain.
