There are a number of reviews stating this mattress protector is not waterproof. As soon as received I placed an area of the mattress protector on a towel on the floor, poured water on it, pushed on and squeezed the wet area. No wetness came through to the towel. I then washed in warm water and dried on low along with a dry towel to speed drying time. Came out of dryer like new. This is a well made but rather thin mattress protector and not a thick padded mattress cover. I don't believe it is designed to make your mattress more cushy. My new mattress is on order for delivery in two weeks. Therefore, I only gave 4 stars as I can't review fit or noise. But I don't see how the material could make noise. I am getting an adjustable mattress set and hopefully it will fit since it has deep pockets. I normally don't do reviews but was concerned with those stating this one is not waterproof. I have 120 days to return my mattress if not happy with it and it states that in order to return I must have covered the mattress with a waterproof cover. I feel safe that this cover is waterproof. I will upgrade my review after actually sleeping on the cover.

For so long I have been unable to find a mattress cover that is deep enough in the pockets to fit a mattress and the mattress topper. This mattress cover feels like the top of the mattress, doesn't have a weird mattress cover feel, and is waterproof. I love it so much! Definitely worth the money! It also stays in place!

These are perfect for our guest room. They fit in our extra closet when not in use. The guests said they worked out fine. I will say, they are shorter than expected, so keep that in mind. They take regular twin sheets. Love the option of flipping the mattress to accommodate mattress preference. This works great for overnight guests. Big upgrade from a blowup mattress!
