These have a blend of powerful ingredients along with elderberry which I use as an anti-viral. Since I take other vitamins and supplements I will probably take one rather than two and make the bottle last longer. If I start to feel sick, I will boost the dose to two capsules. I am not a fan personally of oregano as far as taste goes, but I know it is very effective with boosting the immune system. I am a big believer in building my immune system, but now more than ever, I am stocking my pantry with supplements as we hear of more "waves" and this ongoing pandemic. With the current situation, you can't go wrong adding this to your supply. I always take my supplements with food, to prevent stomach upset. One trick I use, to help capsules go down easier is to make sure they are in the shape of an "I" not a "T". In other words, they should be facing straight up and down like a vertical line, not sideways/horizontal like a T if that makes sense. They are easier for me to take if I make sure they are facing that way.
