Seemed magnificent especially because it had the exact same dosage that my dr recommended. However, it contains milk. Which is a total bummer if you are intolerant.

Was told years ago that Vitamin B12 was a must for a woman as she ages.... Seems IT is true! Bought this for a friend that kept saying her energy was low. She was grateful and say she can tell a difference. I know everyone is different but i encourage others to give this a try!

UPDATE: I raised the stars to 2 because the company reached out to me and gave me a refund which I appreciate. I did give one of their other products a try but it didn't work out for me either unfortunately. Original review: Very bad experience with this one. Tastes really bad, then had the worst night's sleep - overheated, dry mouth, dehydration, bladder pain, had to get up to pee every hour! Threw them out!!
