I bought this ghd styler carry case with heat mat to protect my GHD styler during travel. My GHD traditional styler fits easily into the case, and there is a divider where you can separate the cord from the styler. I also have room to put my 3-finger styling glove in the case. Because of the shape of the styler case (rounded), even though it is a little large, it fits easily into my suitcase. Also, it has a built-in heat mat to protect countertops.I would not recommend this case for daily use, because it takes a little extra time to put it in and out of the case. For daily use, I use an inexpensive silicone sleeve from Amazon that you can slip your flat iron (without cord) into and that doubles as a mat for your countertop.Very expensive--about 1/3 of what I paid for my flat iron--but it's a good investment.

My GHD flat iron fits perfectly. I like the detachable mat especially for travel because it helps me avoid burning a countertop in the hotels.
