Baby Medical School: Bacteria and Antibiotics

For a layperson, this is a simple read for parents to share with their children.

Although it’s a “baby” book, it explains some pretty high level science! Both parents and kids should read and learn from it! Best part was the explanation that antibiotics ONLY kills bacteria, and does NOT work against viruses, like the common cold. A concept that not many people know.

Great quality board book , perfect size , and perfect for reading . Many books like this for kids are great but have too many words on a page and you’ll never actually finish reading them to a kid ( I’m a teacher so I have read a lot of books to all ages ) this is fun to read for parents and kids. Great gift for any parents in the medical field . Is sure to bring a smile and spread knowledge

As a microbiologist, I was so excited to see this book that I bought one for my daughter and other 2 as gifts. The book is cute, accurate and uses very simple language. Drawings are cute and colorful, and printing material is great and sturdy. Will definitely buy others as gifts too.

My 3 year old absolutely loves it. She goes around telling everyone she has microbiome on her tongue lol. She talks about the yogurt bacteria and how the macrophage eats the bad bacteria unless too many bad bacteria take over.She has me reading this to her over and over or she will sit there and read it herself.
