Had a kneer Replacement in july, dr. suggested tylonal. acetaminophen was a cheaper way for me to go. If you go to over the counter stuff is way too expensive told dr what i was taking & said it was good. I take 2 every night

I was hesitant to buy these due to the fact that they weren't coated. I thought they would bother my stomach. But they do not and they work better than the Equate ones which are coated. These are 400 caplets for the same price you would buy 200 Equate caplets at Walmart. You cannot beat the value for your money as they really do work quickly and efficiently.
